This plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of a cremation urn. The plaque is made from durable acrylic and has pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. The urn is sold separately from the plaque.

Simple Mounting

The back of the plaque is lined with 3M® VHB® tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to attach the plaque to the urn vault without glue easily. Peel the tape liner off and gently press the plaque to the urn vault for a permanent bond.

Engraved Options

Engraving can be done in either a script or block-style font. Engraving can be up to 4 lines. The name and sentiment lines can be up to 65 characters per line (medium & large). Engraving can be up to 4 lines. The name and sentiment lines can be up to 45 characters per line (minor).
