Refund policy
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Misspellings, incorrect dates, or any other typographical errors are not subject to refunds since the customer must approve all designs prior to engraving.
Please order in advance of the date you need the item. Engrave With Purpose will not expedite replacements or issue whole order refunds in the event of a damaged, defective, or engraving error on last-minute gifts.
Since every item is made to order, we don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, defective, or there is an engraving error on our part, we will send a replacement at no cost. If the order was shipped, we will ship the replacement using the same or comparable shipping method as paid for on the original order. If you do not want a replacement, a refund will be given equal to the amount paid for the damaged or defective item only.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
